Captain Garthor Kullan, an ex-bounty hunter was commissioned the duty of governing the city by Elegos A’Kla. This is a newly designed port that is always in constant motion and orbit. This port is safely situated on the Outer Rim. Even though the war is over danger still finds it’s way to this peaceful port. All though all are welcome to take up refuge here. All are also allowed to become permanent citizens of Xetrex. Species of all kinds and likes are found within the cities gates.
